This is an on-line discussion forum called Memories of Paul W. Brunner.
All you need to do to post a memory is to click on the "Post a new memory." In order to read the entries, just click on the title.
In the left frame you will find all the titles of all articles posted to the discussion. Selecting a title will cause the corresponding article to be loaded into this frame (right).

In addition, each article has links to let you reply to it (continue the thread) and navigate the article list.
